Baldwin's Bites
Baldwin’s Bites is a full service food truck run by Husson Dining that operates at events on and off campus. It has a full kitchen and a rotating menu. The truck is also available as a rental for private events.

For events, menu options include standard concessions, fried rice bar, chopped salad bar, or burrito bar. If you have a specific request, please indicate that in the form.
Minimum spend: $2,500. The truck must be booked at least one month in advance of an event.
