Greenfield Opportunity Scholarship

Husson University is expanding its Opportunity Scholarship program to include qualified students from Piscataquis County.

Husson University is proud to announce a new scholarship that will allow qualified Piscataquis County students to attend Husson tuition-free, thanks to the generosity of the late Harry Greenfield ’66.

The Harry Greenfield Opportunity Scholarship provides students a tuition-free opportunity to attend Husson through a combination of federal, state, and institutional aid. As the second scholarship in Husson’s Opportunity program, it builds on the success of the Cyr Opportunity Scholarship to ensure that capable, driven students in Maine can afford a quality education that prepares them for the future.

About Harry Greenfield ’66

The scholarship honors the legacy of Husson alumnus Harry Greenfield ’66, a longtime supporter of the University who earned his BS in Business Administration. Greenfield played four seasons with the Boston Red Sox and later became a successful entrepreneur as the owner of SETCOM Mailing Systems. His generosity ensures that future generations of Piscataquis County students have the same life-changing opportunities he found at Husson.
