Learning To Lead

Preparing to lead takes education, experience and time. As a student at Husson, you’ll have an abundance of opportunities to gain leadership skills that will inspire and motivate others.

Certificates

Earn a certificate concurrently with your Husson degree to hone your leadership skills. You’ll learn skills that are directly transferable to the workplace and add a stackable credential to your portfolio.

Undergraduate

Certificate Programs Include:

Leadership. The leadership certificate curriculum is designed to give you the knowledge and skills you will need to apply traditional and emerging leadership theories and practices to today's organizations.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Through this undergraduate certificate program, you will reexamine the ways society and institutions unwittingly support and reinforce ideologies that may not leave room for diversity, equity and inclusion. Upon completion, you’ll have the skills and knowledge necessary to help create an inclusive work culture.

Graduate

Certificate Programs Include:

Leadership. The graduate leadership certificate program will sharpen your leadership skills while you learn from expert faculty about foundational topics such as organization, management, communication and understanding human behavior.

Human Resource Management. The graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management provides students with a foundation in key topics within human resource management including staffing and selection, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Degree Programs

MBA (General). The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program reflects Husson's belief that a good education is more than a matter of theory and books. Our graduate program is designed to develop and strengthen your skills in analysis, decision making and leadership. Active classrooms, courses tied closely to actual management experience, and a diverse student body representing various academic and industry backgrounds contribute to a fuller, more useful education.

MBA – Organizational Management. If you are looking to grow within your current position or enhance your leadership potential, this program will help you gain skills to create and strengthen teams, understand organizational behavior and manage personnel.
