Gracie Theatre at Husson University Announces 2026-27 Season

The Gracie Theatre at Husson University has announced its 15th season, delivering an extraordinary lineup of world-class music, side-splitting comedy, family entertainment, and an acclaimed film festival.
The 2026-27 milestone season kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 26 with 40 FINGERS, the phenomenal Italian guitar quartet taking global social networks by storm with over 100 million views. Known for their masterful rearrangements of rock and pop hits, film scores, and high-profile collaborations with stars like Andrea Bocelli and Andy Summers of The Police, the group boasts an official endorsement from Queen for their viral rendition of “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
Classical music enthusiasts will enjoy the new Bangor Symphony Orchestra Chamber Music Series, featuring world-renowned guest artists including Grammy Award-winning cellist Zuill Bailey on Monday, Oct. 19; violinist Julian Rhee on Monday, Feb. 1; and dynamic vocalists Natalia Santaliz (soprano) and Erin Wagner (mezzo-soprano) on Thursday, April 22.
In November, Bruce in the USA comes to the Gracie stage on Saturday, Nov. 7. Featuring Matt Ryan—formerly of Las Vegas’s "Legends in Concert"—and backed by a team of veteran touring musicians, the show delivers a note-perfect, high-energy recreation of a live Bruce Springsteen concert in honor of Veterans Day and America's 250th anniversary.
The holiday season brings the Tartan Terrors on Friday, Dec. 4, blending rock energy, Celtic tradition, humor, and step dance into an energetic holiday celebration.
The 2027 portion of the lineup opens on Saturday, Jan. 23 with comedian Karen Morgan’s clean and hilariously relatable “Unsupervised and Dehydrated Comic Tour.” February brings back the crowd-favorite Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival on Wednesday, Feb. 3 and Thursday, Feb. 4, followed by country music artist Jake Hoot on Saturday, Feb. 27. Hoot, winner of NBC’s The Voice (Season 17) and Battle of the Champions (2026), brings his rich country vocals and storytelling to the stage.
Spring highlights include a fun family matinee featuring stunt-performing rescue dogs in Puppy Pals LIVE on Saturday, March 6, and a headline performance by legendary bassist and vocalist Gail Ann Dorsey on Saturday, April 10. Best known for her decade-long collaboration and famous "Under Pressure" duet with David Bowie, Dorsey has also recorded and performed with Lenny Kravitz, Tears for Fears, and The National.

The Gracie is a 490-seat performance venue that holds a unique niche for the arts in Greater Bangor. An intimate space, it provides patrons and performers with a more personal, up-close experience than is available elsewhere in the region.
