Second Season of Husson Horizons Podcast Features Young Alumni

The second season of the Husson Horizons podcast launched on Monday, Feb. 2 with an interview with Katie Raymond ’24, ’24G, who is the game events and services coordinator for the Boston Red Sox.
The podcast, sponsored by Husson University Alumni Engagement and Career Services, will run for five episodes with a new episode launching every Monday.
Hosted by Husson Director of Career Services Kate Axelsen Foster, the second season will feature graduates who have gone on to work in wealth management, animal-assisted therapy and more.
“It’s a privilege to share the incredible stories of Husson alumni who are doing inspiring work in the private and public sectors. Season two of the podcast is a wonderful collection of stories and experiences,” said Axelsen Foster.
Raymond, the guest in episode one of the second season, earned a BS in Hospitality Management and an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Husson. She now works for the Boston Red Sox. Episode two, being released on Monday, Feb. 9, features Adam Carter ’19, who earned a BS in Business and Liberal Studies at Husson and is now executive director of the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory (NEIDL) in Boston. He was a nontraditional student who found a flexible education that could help him elevate from a sales job to an executive director role.
