Husson University Announces Class of 2025 Valedictorians and Salutatorian

Husson University has seven valedictorians this year and one salutatorian, all of whom have demonstrated exceptional academic prowess during their educational careers.
The 2025 valedictorians have all achieved 4.0 grade point averages and represent a variety of Husson’s academic majors from audio engineering to conservation law to nursing.
Valedictorians:
- Ashley Marie Blais (Belfast) — BS Audio Engineering - Live Sound Production with a Certificate in Business Administration
- Erin Elise Beane (Newport) — BS Conservation Law with a Certificate in Criminal Justice
- Madison Nicole Cyr (Bucksport) — BS Elementary Education
- Kelsi Nicole Sheehan (Laconia, NH) — BS Criminal Justice and MS Criminal Justice Administration with Certificates in Forensics and Leadership
- Nex Staples (Vassalboro) — BS English with a Certificate in Graphic Design
- Carly Marie Verrill (Hermon) — BS Criminal Justice
- Katherine Eliane Worster (Greenville) — BS Nursing
Salutatorian:
- Colby John Folsom (Old Town) — BS Sport Management and Master of Business Administration

Husson University will hold its 126th Commencement Ceremony on May 10, 2025, at 10:30am at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine.
