A Change is Coming to Husson’s Campus Parking on Monday, Dec. 11

BANGOR, MAINE — In an effort to enhance safety and improve traffic flow around campus, parking around College Circle at Husson University will be prohibited beginning on Dec. 11, 2023.

The decision to implement this restriction comes after careful consideration and aims to address traffic congestion and safety concerns. Prohibiting street parking will significantly improve safety to both pedestrians and traffic on campus.

What’s Happening?

Beginning Dec. 11, street parking will no longer be allowed on College Circle. This includes all street parking spots from the intersection of Cross Lane to the NESCom building. The affected area has been marked with No Parking signs and sandwich board signs will serve as a reminder beginning next week.

Where Should I Park?

Please use the designated parking lots and campus around campus. Please see the campus map for more details.
