Husson University’s College of Business to Hold Award Ceremonies

WHAT:
Every year, Husson University’s College of Business holds an annual awards ceremony in April that recognizes the many accomplishments and contributions made by their faculty and students. The award ceremony will be divided into two parts this year to accommodate all of the awards and honor society induction ceremonies. In 2021, over 50 awards were presented to students at all levels of their educational experience.
The first award ceremony will recognize students from the School of Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management; the School of Technology and Innovation; and the School of Legal Studies.
The second award ceremony will take place later that evening. Students from the School of Business and Management and the School of Accounting will receive awards at this event.
WHO:
Participants will include: College of Business Dean Marie Hansen, JD, PhD, SHRM-SCP, faculty from the College of Business’s many programs, students and their family members.
WHEN:
The award presentations for the School of Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management; the School of Technology and Innovation; and the School of Legal Studies will take place from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. on the Main Stage at the Gracie Theatre on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
The award presentations for the School of Business and Management and the School of Accounting will take place from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on the Main Stage at the Gracie Theatre later that same evening.

WHY:
The College of Business Award Ceremonies are designed to help recognize students’ achievements during their time at Husson University. These evening events are celebrations of their accomplishments. Students from five of the six schools that comprise the College of Business will be participating in these events. Faculty and students from the New England School of Communications will be holding a separate recognition ceremony from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 on the main stage of the Gracie Theater.
