  • Phase 4: Focus groups with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituent groups.

     

  • Phase 5: Review of data and themes from focus groups and development of strategic goals and related objectives for the 5-year DEI Strategy for a changing world.

     

  • Phase 6: Work with colleges/ schools and shared service units to share planning and receive additional input.

     

  • Phase 7: Work with schools and shared service units to create unit-based 5-year plans.
