OTD Admission Requirements

Enrollment beginning in 2027, pending candidacy

The Doctor of Occupational Therapy program is a graduate-level program with the following admission requirements:

  1. An earned bachelor’s degree. 
  2. An overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  3. A grade of C+ or better in the following prerequisites:
    1. General Psychology (3 credits)
    2. Anatomy & Physiology with lab I &II (or comparable)  (8 credits)
    3. Lifespan Development (3 credits)
    4. Statistics (3 credits)
    5. Social Science (3 credits)
    6. Neuroscience (3 credits)
    7. Applicants may apply to the program if they are still completing coursework but have a plan to complete the courses prior to matriculation. Applicants with outstanding coursework will be granted conditional acceptance.
