Executive in Residence Program

The Executive in Residence Program at Husson University will integrate senior executives into the life of the Schools and Colleges related to their career expertise. The Executives in Residence may participate in:

  • One-on-one counseling sessions with executives advising students on the prospective career choices
  • Guest speakers in classes, conferences or other presentations
  • Informal lunches for groups of students with common interests
  • Connecting theory taught in classes to practice for students and faculty
  • Advising on course and program development
  • Recruitment of students
  • Student-run organization events
  • Creating opportunities for students to have real world experiences
  • Becoming a liaison to the business and professional communities for the University
  • Connecting current students with alumni

There are many guest speakers who visit Husson University each year, but Executives in Residence will establish and maintain long term relationships with faculty, students, and staff within particular Schools and Colleges related to their backgrounds and interests.
