Maine Media Camp August 2 - 7, 2026
Maine Media camp is a week long summer program, in late July for high school students interested in exploring the fun and fascinating fields of media and communications. Maine Media Camp, held in the George Wildey Communications Center, is a chance to experience an introduction to the fields of Audio Engineering, Digital Photography, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Radio Broadcasting, Video Production and WebMedia.
Students spend one week learning from the professionals in all forms of hands-on media. In addition to media production work, the conversations with media personalities, tours of radio and television stations, students have time for fun and entertainment while making friends with others who share their interests.

Esports training camp August 17 - 21, 2026
Husson Esports is excited to announce of 2026 Summer camp in partnership with Bangor YMCA. At the conclusion of the YMCA Adventure Camp, Husson Esports is hosting a 1 week esports training camp. Learn how to train and become a pro in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate or Fortnite Battle Royal. This camp will also allow your kid to explore the careers available in esports by learning how to organize a tournament and produce and cast an esports production. Spots are limited so sign up now!
