Education should provide opportunities for people to discover who they are, what will guide them in their careers, and how to improve themselves as a continuous learner.  This exploration can be cultivated through an experiential platform that includes exploring new ideas and things as well as learning from any experiences.  I encourage both faculty and students to create, plan and be open to continuous change as part of their own personal and professional development.  Celebrating their accomplishments is the best reward!
