Help Desk Coordinator

The Help Desk Coordinator assists in the daily management of the Technology Help Desk and works directly with students, employees and the Information Resources Office staff to provide desktop and technology support for all members of the Husson community, and to ensure that all work is completed in a satisfactory and timely fashion. Additionally, the Help Desk Coordinator helps to update and manage the Help Desk database and inventory, and to provide basic administrative support to the Information Resources Office.

Associate's degree in Computer Science or related area from an accredited college or university, or technical degree from a trade school is required. 3-5 years experience managing a help desk or similar environment is also required.
