Applying to Husson is your first step towards a degree with real value. We offer online degree programs that will help you learn and develop the skills you need for a career you can be truly proud of. Admission Requirements

There are a few requirements to keep in mind before you apply.

Undergraduates must have:

  • Completed the application.
  • Graduated from an approved high school or earned credentials indicating equivalent preparation.
  • All previous college transcripts from any institution where you have completed coursework and wish to transfer your credits. Husson's enrollment team will assist you in requesting your transcripts.

Graduate students must have:

  • Completed the application.
  • Official transcript showing completion of your undergraduate degree, and from any institutions where you have completed graduate coursework and wish to transfer your credits.
  • One letter of recommendation.
  • A statement of purpose essay.

You may seek a Master's of Business Administration degree if you were not a business major but a leveling course is required. Waivers for this course may be available to MBA transfers as well as those who have terminal degrees or professional experience.

Transfer Credits

Whether you took a few classes at another school and found it wasn't the right fit for you or you've taken a break for a few years before completing your degree, you can bring your previously earned credits to Husson Online. That way, you’ll be able to complete your degree faster, saving on time and the cost of your education.

You can transfer up to 90 credit hours to accelerate your progress in one of our online bachelor’s degree programs. Master’s degree programs may accept up to nine transfer credits. Transfer students must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Husson, and at least 15 credits must be earned in Husson major courses.

Veterans

Husson University places a strong value on our veterans, and we make every effort to accommodate your specific needs through the admissions process. We are a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program and have agreed to the Principles of Excellence executive order.

A new Certification of Enrollment Request must be submitted each term that you want to use your VA educational benefits. Follow this link for further information.
