OT Program Outcomes

National Board of Certification NBCOT Pass Rate

In accordance with ACOTE standard A.4.2, NBCOT data are now calculated and reported by calendar year for new graduates passing the exam within one year of graduation.

NBCOT calculates pass rate by calendar year rather than by graduating class. For calendar year 2018, January 1 through December 31, Husson University new graduates taking the NBCOT exam within one year of graduation had a pass rate of 97%.

Because the data are compiled by calendar year they represent graduates from 2017 and 2018. For 2018 data, 33 of the 34 students were 2018 graduates and 1 was a 2017 graduate. As of 2-28-19, for the graduating class of 2017, 27 of 28 graduates have passed the exam for a pass rate of 96% for that graduating class.
