The Husson Summer English Enrichment Program helps university students for whom English is a second language to "activate" their English skills.
When we study a language where it is not spoken, we learn a lot about the language, but it is only when we live in a place where it is spoken all day, every day, that our learning becomes ability.
To help you in this process, you will take English classes for 15 hours per week; practice English in conversation exchanges and other enrichment activities; take afternoon trips to cultural destinations, like museums and public markets; take half-or whole day trips to popular tourist destinations; learn about Maine and American culture in class and out; and spend free time exploring Bangor in small groups.
