Husson University to Hold Spring Open House
Date of Release: March 19, 2012
Husson University will hold its Spring Open House for undergraduate programs on Saturday, March 24th from 9am to 1pm at the Bangor campus. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about Husson's academic and athletic programs, extra-curricular activities, and financial aid options. Those interested are encouraged to pre-register by visiting the Husson website at www.husson.edu/openhouse.
The Open House includes guided campus tours of various buildings including the residence halls, Furman Student Center, and Gracie Theatre. A Student Club/Organization fair will provide attendees with an opportunity to see various extra-curricular opportunities and meet student leaders. Other offerings include a question and answer session regarding Admissions, a session on Financial Aid information, and an Athletics session.
"Our Open Houses are very well attended because students truly get an in-depth look at the University," states Admissions Director Carlena Bean. "They talk one-on-one with current students, representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, and Athletics, and go on guided tours of the campus, bringing them into our culture and showing them what we have to offer."
