Husson University is pleased to announce the restructuring of its Advancement Office, which includes two staff promotions.
Julie Green has been promoted to director of public affairs and government relations. In her new role, Julie will focus primarily on government relations at the federal and state level, public affairs, and crisis management. Julie brings a number of years of experience to the position, most recently serving as the University's director of public affairs.
Amanda Kitchen has been promoted to director of university communications. Amanda will be responsible for implementing the University's marketing and branding strategy, will serve as the media spokesperson, and will oversee University communications. She has been employed with the University for four years, most recently as director of advancement communications. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Husson in 2005.
"This reorganization begins to position the University's Advancement Office appropriately to accommodate the needs of our growing private University," states Vice President for Advancement Thomas Martz.
