Help Desk

The Help Desk Provides technical computing support to the faculty and staff, and is the main point of contact for student staff service requests. Help offered includes software installation and configuration, as well as troubleshooting, training, maintenance and repair work.

The Help Desk is located in the basement of Bell hall and is open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 7:30pm during all regular semesters, winter sessions, and summer.

- Email - The Help Desk also has an email account helpdesk@husson.edu which is monitored throughout each business day where messages can be sent.

- Phone - A telephone extension of (x1000) or (207) 973-1000 which is staffed throughout each business day can be used to contact the Help Desk.

-In Person - Stop by our office in the basement of Bell Hall

- Web Portal - The address to our web portal to create your own service ticket is www.myschoolbuilding.com and instructions on how to log in/submit a ticket can be found here: http://www.husson.edu/assets/husson-technology-itdirectguide.pdf

The Help Desk is closed only on holidays that the university's faculty and staff do not work. The complete list of faculty and staff holidays can be found on the online academic calendar.
