Husson University’s Admissions Office recently implemented a new live chat program called Live Counselor. The chat program, developed by the company Fire Engine RED, will allow students to chat one-on-one with admissions staff, counselors and students while they are visiting the Husson website.
Through the program, students will be able to initiate a chat with an admissions counselor by clicking on a “Chat Now” icon located on the Admissions pages of the husson.edu site. Among its features, students will also have the option of emailing an admissions counselor questions through the chat window.
“We are very pleased to add this program to our admissions services,” stated Director of Admissions Carlena Bean. “Live Counselor will enhance our ability to deliver the one-on-one personal service that we are committed to providing throughout the admissions process at Husson.”
