Faculty - Pharmacy

Dr. Evan Williams joined the faculty of Husson University in August of 2012. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University Of Arizona College Of Pharmacy in Tucson, AZ. He then went on to complete a PGY-1 Residency in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix Arizona. During his residency, he had the opportunity to work closely with Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Glendale, AZ and assist with lecturing students and facilitating case studies. Evan received his teaching certificate from Midwestern University in June 2012.

Evan is a member of several pharmacy organizations including the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. Evan is an Arizona native and enjoys hunting, hiking, fishing, camping, grilling, and most any other outdoor activity. Evan participated in track and field as an undergraduate and earned Academic All-American recognition in 2007. Away from work, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, Betsy, and their Pembroke Corgi, Karl.

I have always enjoyed education and learning, probably because I have been fortunate enough to have great teachers. I want to be the best example that I can be to my students and teach as effectively as possible in order to prepare the next generation of pharmacists to be equipped with the skills to interact and educate patients. I want to impart my joy for learning to my students so that they can continue to seek knowledge long into their careers.
