Cavenaugh Kelly, MS, OTR/L is an assistant professor with over seventeen years of clinical experience primarily in home health and outpatient settings. He has earned a Level II Ergonomics certification from the Back School of Atlanta. He has a background as an award winning newspaper journalist and his fiction short stories have been published in numerous literary journals. He has a bachelors degree in English literature and a entry-level Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine. He is currently a doctoral student at the University of Maine, studying the use of literary narratives in the training of health care students. He teaches courses in Work and Industry, Upper Extremity, Assistive Technology, and Human Occupation and Movement.
