CEREMONIES
Due to expected bad weather on Saturday, May 11, The Husson Commencement will take place at the Bangor Auditorium on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 2:00 p.m.
The doors to the Bangor Auditorium will open at 1 p.m. as prior to our event, Eastern Maine Community College will be holding their commencement that began at 10 a.m. We should have ample time to seat everyone for a 2 p.m. start.
GUESTS DO NOT NEED TICKETS
Seating for guests will be the same as if the event were held on the Husson campus. There is the same amount of seating in the bleachers, and all handicapped seating will be on the Auditorium floor. For people who have requested handicapped accommodation, just inform the ushers that you have reservations and they will direct you to the proper area. To ensure that all people with special needs are accommodated, we ask that you limit the floor seating so that the person who needs accommodation is accompanied properly, but that able-bodied people take a seat in the bleachers.
There will be ushers at every entrance to help with questions and traffic flow.
Students should arrive at 1 p.m. and proceed downstairs in the Auditorium and go to the locker room area to the left of the Auditorium Floor entrance. The will be signage to help you find this area.
If you have questions please email greenj@husson.edu
