Husson University is seeking an Experienced/Culinary Educated Cook to join our Dining Services Team. This is a full time position, Tuesday through Saturday. The candidate should be well versed in various styles of cooking and be able to work in a faced paced environment, and also provide services to our student body as well as catered events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Prepares food and assists chefs in meal preparation
•Maintains food safety and sanitation
•Cleans and sanitizes food service equipment
•Oversees productions staff and work study students
•Maintains good customer relations in public areas
•Maintains production lists/supplies for operation
•Maintaining and adhering to spec sheets and quality of products produced
•Assist with closing duties of operation
•Supervise student employment in areas of production

QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to work independently.
•Good organizational and communication skills necessary; Food Service Sanitation Certificate

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•Culinary Arts Degree or significant relevant experience preferred
