The overall purpose of this job is to prepare baked goods.
Specific Functions:
- Prepares baked goods
- Determines quantities to be produced and orders supplies
- Makes menu suggestions and necessary changes
- Keeps work area sanitary and organized
- Assists with other kitchen duties and special events as assigned.
