Master's degree required; Post-secondary teaching experience preferred
Catering is one of the fastest-growing segments of the food and beverage industry. The objective of this course is to provide all levels of on-premise catering, banquet management, and off-premise catering to the student through an in-depth study of generally accepted catering principles and procedures.
