Order Credentials from Parchment

Husson University has partnered with Parchment to give you the convenience of requesting and tracking your transcripts online. It is simple to use, secure and you don't have to make a special trip to campus or drop your request in the mail; now you can request and track your transcript online 24 hours 7 days a week.

Setting up an account is easy. Go to www.parchment.com and create your account with a valid email address, complete your profile and choose a password. Then finish your registration through the confirmation email sent by Parchment. Once your registration is complete you can begin requesting transcripts electronically.

The following fees will apply to electronic transcript requests (payable online with a credit card):

Fee per transcript requested: $3.25

Delivery Method
Electronic: No additional charge*
Mail - Domestic: Additional $2.50 per transcript requested
Mail - International: Additional $5.00 per transcript requested
Overnight Delivery (w/in U.S.): Additional $25.00 per transcript requested. You can request and track your transcript online 24 hours, 7 days a week.

*Electronic transcript delivery is not available to former NESCom, EMMC Diploma, & MSC students and is only available to those Husson students who attended after September 1994. Transcripts can be requested electronically however a paper copy of the student's official transcript will be mailed directly to the recipient.

 

Transcripts by mail

If you prefer paper and pen, transcripts can still be requested by completing a Request for Transcript form.

The following fees will apply to transcripts requested directly through the Husson University Registrar's Office (payable via cash, check or money order):

Fee per transcript requested (up to 5): No Charge
Additional copies: $3.00
Same-day, walk-in service: Additional $5.00

With all transcript requests, electronic or paper, please keep in mind the following:

  • Telephone or e-mail requests cannot be accepted.
  • While Public Law Chapter 538 allows for students to obtain transcripts and/or diplomas that owe balances to a University, those students owing in excess of $2,500 will be required to establish a payment plan with the University prior to the release of these documents. 
  • Transcript requests are usually processed within two business days.
  • The Registrar's Office will not be held responsible for delayed or non-arrival of your transcript if a complete address is not provided.
  • Issuance of partial transcripts is strictly prohibited.
  • Current students may print unofficial transcripts from the student portal.
