Softball
The women's softball program heads into the 21st century with a lot of promise and potential. Traditionally, Husson softball allows for some of the best Maine High School softball players to continue their careers at the collegiate level. Softball was first incorporated as a varsity sport at Husson in 1966. The Softball team takes part in an annual Spring Training trip to Florida during the Spring break. This provides these athletes an opportunity to experience some of the finest competition from around the country.
The softball complex has been rebuilt, thanks to the thoughtful gift of Robert and Frances O'Keefe. |
